The purpose of this guild is to provide a fun, mature environment for competent players that are tired of grouping with fools. It is the nature of MMOs to perpetually raise the bar to keep you playing forever--the only thing that remains constant are the people you play with and the enjoyment you derive from their company.

The requisites for recruitment are simple:

Know your class role. Perform it to the best of your ability. Understand that when you are a Healing Paladin or Shaman, it is still your responsibility to Hammer of Justice or Earth Shock interrupt. When you are an Enhancement Shaman in a group with Warriors, it is still your job to cast Windfury. When you are a DPS Mage, it is still your responsibility to cure curse. The list goes on. We function as a team--I am not looking for people to lead the damage meters; I am looking for people that perform the full spectrum of their class abilities.

Don't be a jackass: We are all here to have fun. Whining and moaning is not how things get done. If you have a problem, don.t let it fester.talk to a leader. Immaturity/drama/stupidity is not tolerated.

Activity/Preparation: This is a raiding guild. I am looking for reliable players that I can count on for raids. I am looking for people that come to raids with potions. Self-reliance during a raid is key.health and mana potions at the very least are critical.

Class Balance/Raid invites

Hybrid versatility plays a major role in Burning Crusade's content. "Off-spec" talent builds have become very viable, and our recruitment and raid structure will reflect that. Because off-spec talent builds use different gear sets, they are treated as a different class.

Warriors: 3 (1/4)

Rogues: Full (3/3)

Hunters: 2 (1/3)

Mages: 2 (1/3)

Priests: 2 (1/3)

Shadow Priests: 1 (0/1)

Resto Druids: 2 (0/2)

Feral Druids: 2 (1/3)

Moonkins: 1 (0/1)

Paladins: 2 (2/4)

Retribution Paladins: 1 (0/1)

Warlocks: 2 (1/3)

Resto Shamans: 2 (1/3)

Enhancement Shamans: 1 (2/3)

These are soft caps. I will almost never turn down an excellent player. I am placing a major emphasis on Paladins/Shamans/Druids because of their incredible versatility and the overall benefit they bring to raids.

Raid invites will be governed based on class balance needs, but our class balance structure will not be the only determinant; if you are an amazing player that has demonstrated incredible self-reliance with potions, skill, performance, and attendance, this may transcend class balance considerations depending on the situation.
